Step Two – Create a list of all your worries

Please read through the step below or watch the video in full. When you’re done, click “Mark Step Complete” and then click “Next Step”

It is step two and time to get down to business.

Mark out four columns on the page with the headings “Worries”, “Rank”, “Influence” and “Sorted”. Allow more space for the “Worries” column than the others.

Then start listing out the worries that you have, keep going until they are all down.
