How dancing made exercise enjoyable

Modern jive turned exercise into something I genuinely looked forward to. At 52, I had a BMI of 23, blood pressure of 120/80 and a resting pulse of 55, and I could cycle 14 miles without getting out of breath. Dancing helped me stay fit without exercise feeling like a chore.
